When a person is invited to a formal event they usually dress formal or at least semi-formal. Miley Cyrus, 19, chose to dress semi-formal, because of the lack of fabric covering her boobs. Miley and her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, showed up at the 2011 CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute in Los Angeles yesterday – and boy was she dressed to impress!

Miley seemingly doesn’t care about her reputation any more. She has obviously forgotten that kids are the reason why she is rich and successful. The problem is, parents don’t want their kids to have anything to do with her.

Miley Cyrus recently turned 19 years old and is steady racking up controversy. First for her admission to smoking marijuana, and now for her public support of gay rights. Miley has joined a list of popular celebrities such as the Kardashian sisters, Jane Lynch, Tila Tequila, and Lindsay Lohan to do a photo shoot for the NOH8 campaign, which protests against California’s Proposition 8, a bill that prohibits gay marriage.

“Thank you @MileyCyrus for taking a stand & supporting the @NOH8Campaign!” Fashion photographer and Co-Founder of NOH8, Adam Bouska Tweeted.

Miley should be featured in a poster for NOH8 that will be shown within the next few weeks. Taking a stand like this could prove to be a risk for Miley. Sadly, she may gain homosexual fans while losing some straight ones.

Miley Cyrus recently celebrated her 19th birthday with a huge bash, in which her family members and close celebrity friends attended. A video of Miley speaking to her party guest has been uncovered by The Daily and in the video she admits to smoking marijuana.

“You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake,” Miley said. “You know you smoke way too much f—ing weed!”

It’s not really shocking to me that Miley smokes weed. Lots of teenagers do it. And she’s already a bad influence so she might as well get it all out of her system now while she’s young. Check out the video below:

Miley Cyrus turned 19 on November 23rd and she celebrated in a big way. By parting with friends, family, and her boyfriend until 3 in the morning! According to Us Weekly, Kelly Osbourne planned the birthday bash, which happened at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

“Can’t thank @MissKellyO for the best partyyyy ever!” Miley tweeted earlier today. “I loveeeee you! Let’s just say there was a unicorn in the lobby!”

Other big name quest at the party included Disney stars Aly and AJ Michalka, Liam Hemsworth, Victoria Justice, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus, Brandi Cyrus (Miley’s sister), and of course Kelly Osbourne.

It should came as no surprise to any of you that Miley Cyrus is desperately trying to shed her good girl image. Selena Gomez has been trying to do the same thing but is doing it somewhat tastefully, despite the over the top MTV EMA promo that was released yesterday.

In the film, Miley plays Lola, a sex-crazed teenager who loses her virginity, smokes marijuana, and kisses one of her best female friends on the lips; to name a few of the things that Miley is asked to do in the movie.

Miley is currently shooting the movie with Demi Moore, who plays her mom, and it should be released in the spring of 2012. Are you ready for Miley to play herself a slut on camera?

Miley Cyrus has a new look for the latest issue of Prestige magazine.

Inside, the 18 year-old singer sets the record straight about her “good girl/bad girl” image.

“People have very mixed opinions on me,” Cyrus admitted. “I’m a great model, or I’m completely inappropriate for anyone under 13 and I’m very controversial. I don’t know how I became this.”

She added, “I’m not some crazy lady who’s gone off the deep end, because I definitely haven’t. Every 18-year-old explores sexuality and experiments and tries things. For me, there’s no reason to change that.”

With all of the break-ups and divorces happening in Hollywood it can sometimes be refreshing to see a stable relationship between two famous people. Miley Cyrus, 18, and Liam Hemsworth, 21, have been dating for a while now. In my opinion this relationship has lasted longer than Miley’s other relationships because there is a three year age difference between the two. But Miley begs to differ.

“I think [love is] someone that’s always there to listen,” she said to philSTAR.com. “I think that’s the thing people make mistake about is that they always want to have the answers and they’re fixers — and I don’t like people trying to fix me.”

Hopefully Justin Bieber is taking notes and using Miley’s advice in his relationship with Selena Gomez. Otherwise it may not last much longer.

Miley Cyrus has been busy this week trying to repair her tainted reputation by conducting interviews with popular magazines, V and Prestige. I find it comical how the 18 year-old graces the cover of the September issue of Prestige, wearing a sophisticated hair cut but lacking a bra, and trying to stress that she is not a bad girl.

When asked about her bad girl persona during one of the interviews Miley responded:

“People have very mixed opinions on me; I’m a great role model, or I’m completely inappropriate for anyone under 13 and I am controversial. I don’t know how I became this.”

She then went on to try and make us feel sorry for her by saying that she’s not a little kid anymore.

“People see me as this perfect Disney star, and the moment I put out a record that says ‘I’m not 11 years old anymore,’ people look down on me.”

Nobody is asking Miley to act and dress like a catholic school girl, but by dressing provocatively she has alienated her young fan base.

According to Fox News, Miley Cyrus is failing as a “sex symbol” and making a poor career choice.

A PR expert told the publication:

I believe for the young fans who have grown up with her, while she is trying to assert her independence, she is alienating this one-time target audience, With ‘Hannah Montana’ still airing on ABC Saturday mornings, her fans are confused by what they see on the program with what they see on an entertainment website, a magazine they see and/or hear their parents discuss. Many of her fans are too young to understand the difference between the actress as a real person and the role she plays on the show.

The road ahead for Miley is to master her craft. Whether her future lay in music or acting, she needs to be studying at the feet of the best producers and directors there are, and also, watching the older artists and performers around her to learn from their mistakes as well as their successes. At this point, Miley could be a flame, or flame out.
