The teen star, who has had a high profiled battle with bulimia and depression, revealed to Seventeen that music is a cheap and effective remedy.
“Music has always been a huge part of my life and has helped me some tough times. Certain songs always give me confidence, put me in a good mood, and inspire me,” she explained.
Demi also revealed that a couple of her personal favorite songs are “Beautiful” by Bethany Dillion and “Not Afraid” by Eminem.
