Well, lucky for you, Liam was gracious enough to share his secret – hard work.
They ”didn’t come easy,” Liam admitted. Hemsworth trained six days a week to get in shape. His favorite exercises include surfing, lifting weights, and boxing. “Surfing has been my main sport growing up, so that’s always helped,” he added.
You have to do “a little extra” when one of your favorite meals include the always tasty but fatty cheeseburger. “The hamburgers in America are the best in the world,” Liam gushes. ”Mel’s Diner in LA, they are my favorite hamburgers. I could eat there everyday. They are ridiculous.”
