Taylor Lautner is apparently considering to settle a lawsuit with a push-up competition.
As previously reported on TeenChive, Taylor has sued an RV company after the trailer (used while on the set of his new film) arrived late and did not meet the star’s expectations.
Now, Brent McMahon, the owner of McMahon’s RV, is offering to compete in a push-up contest to settle the dispute.
McMahon is adamant that the company did no wrong, and is willing to vigorously defend the case in court. However, Taylor’s attorney, Robert Barta, said the challenge was indicative of problems with the dealership.
“McMahon RV’s response to our client’s legitimate claim further demonstrates the lack of professionalism that Mr. McMahon, his company and his employees have exhibited from the outset, and that compelled the filing of this lawsuit in the first place.”
While Taylor has yet to state whether or not he’ll accept the push-up challenge, his lawyer did confirm that the matter might be settled if McMahon made a $40,000 donation to a charity of Taylor’s choosing.
