#10 Rihanna

Rihanna has tattoos on her wrist, fingers, neck, back, ribcage, collarbone, hip, shoulder, ankle, ears, and foot. Of the 15 tattoos that the singer claims to have, my favorite is the “XI.IV.LXXXVI” tattoo on her shoulder-blade. According to Rihanna, it stands for 11.4.86, which is her best friend’s birthday.

#9 Hayden Panettiere

Hayden Panettiere’s tattoo runs down the side of her body, and it has a very interesting story behind it. Her tattoo “Vivere senza rimipianti” is Italian for “Live without regret”. Unfortunately, either Hayden or the person who made the tattoo did not check the spelling of “rimpianti” because it is wrong. According to Hayden’s publicist, the word was purposely misspelled but I highly doubt it.

#8 Jessica Alba

Of Jessica Alba’s three tattoos, my favorite is the bow tie that is placed right above her butt crack. It’s a very unusual place to get a tattoo and that’s what makes it hot!

#7 Christina Aguilera

The “Xtina” tattoo on the back of Christina’s neck looks very cool, and was the center piece of her photo shoot with Out magazine. Not only is her tattoo hot but it is arguably the most well known tattoo on this list.

#6 Ashlee Simpson

Although Ashlee Simpson is an after thought in most people’s mind her tattoo stands out. In a radio interview back in 2008, a seemingly intoxicated Ashlee revealed the flower tattoo on her wrist. She explained “It’s a peony”, incorrectly pronouncing the word “pee-OH-knee” when it is actually “pee-Uh-nee”.

#5 Chris Brown

Chris Brown, 22, got his first tattoo at age 13 and since then he has gotten too many to count. He has a tattoo of Jesus, a hand holding a C, and a skull with a halo above it, to name a few. My favorite of his tattoos is the Jesus one, it looks very unique and we don’t get to see it often.

#4 Miley Cyrus

I predict that in just a few years Miley Cyrus will have tattoos all over her body. She currently has nine tattoos, five of them are on her right hand alone (a peace symbol, a cross, a heart, and the word “karma”) To show her support for gay marriage Miley recently got an equal sign tattooed on one of her fingers. Miley’s coolest tattoo in my opinion would have to be the “Love” tattoo that is on the inside of her right ear. According to Miley, the tat signifies drowning out negativity and only hearing the positive.

#3 Megan Fox

Megan Fox is like a slightly younger version of Angelina Jolie, with tattoos on her shoulder blade, side back, arm, lower abdomen, wrist, and ankle. Unlike most celebrities, Megan does not hide her tattoos in photo shoots and magazine spreads. Megan’s “We will all laugh at gilded butterflies” tattoo is probably her most notable one because it is on the back of her shoulder and she often flaunts it at red carpet events.

#2 Kim Kardashian

Back in 2009, Kim Kardashian got a large temporary tattoo as an April fools joke to her fans, “Rob finally got to me and took me to the tattoo parlor. I got inked!” I for one was fooled. Nevertheless the tattoo looks amazing and hopefully she’ll get the real thing someday.

#1 Pauly D

Before the season four premier of Jersey Shore, Pauly D went on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and showed off his collection of tattoos. He admitted to having seven tattoos, and named the Cadillac tattoo as his favorite. My favorite is the Italian flag on his back because it’s very creative and it represents his family heritage.
